The door code worked fine. We didn't have any problem with the front door either.

The installations were very poor. There's a kitchen but there's nothing we can use to cook, not even a dish or a water heater to prepare a coffee. The price is way too expensive in comparison to what they offer. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there, even though it's close to Wien Hauptbahnhof. I'm sure there's a better place to stay even if you arrive in a late train.

With almost no comfort and service, it could've been even cheaper.

Regarding the hostel, only two things were good. It is close to the train station and I was lucky that there was the only one more person there.

The beds are bad, you have disposable linen for your beds, the common zone was kinda dirty.

I couldn't sit on the middle bed of the triple bunk bed. Too little space. 1st floor, people walking outside. Two spiders in the toilet room.

Would only recommend the place for people who have their own sleeping bag / liner AND who need to catch the bus / this specific location. BYO everything...

Wouldn’t recommend it for more than one night

The location was good, close to a tram stop, so it’s okay for a short, one-night transfer stay for one person.

After arriving, we had a problem contacting the staff about the code to the apartment that we did not receive via email. We had to wait for over an hour for a very dismissive response from them. There was no option to call the property. The “private bathroom” in the room was just a plastic cabin with a shower head right over the toilet - we didn’t bother to use it (there was a “normal” shared bathroom available outside of the room). The linen on the bed didn’t seem to be too clean. There was no air circulation in the room. It is super small and almost impossible to move inside of the room.
